1. Data controller

Wolfpack Club processes personal data for the member portal, onboarding, community access, referral checks, API connections and strategy activation. The legal entity is stated on the payment page, invoice or order confirmation.

2. Data we process

  • Account details such as name, email address, login status and role.
  • Payment and membership references such as PayPro email address, payment status and subscription status.
  • MEXC data such as UID, referral code, referral status, account label and API connection status.
  • Encrypted API credentials when you connect an exchange.
  • Strategy data such as selected profile, allocation, leverage, activation and stop status, and accepted risk acknowledgements.
  • Technical logs, security events, error messages, IP-related security information and support notes.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Creating and managing accounts.
  • Checking payment, membership and referral conditions.
  • Validating exchange connections and executing strategy activations.
  • Preventing abuse, unauthorized access and fraudulent use.
  • Providing support, fixing bugs and improving the beta safely.
  • Complying with legal obligations.

4. Sharing with third parties

Wolfpack may process data through suppliers such as hosting providers, Supabase, payment providers such as PayPro, email/logging services and MEXC for referral or API validation. These parties receive data only to the extent necessary for the service, security or legal obligations.

5. Security and retention periods

Wolfpack uses technical and organizational measures such as access restrictions, encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, session security and logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Data is not retained longer than necessary for the service, administration, security, dispute handling or legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

7. Cookies and sessions

The portal uses necessary cookies or session technologies to enable login, security and dashboard functionality. For non-essential tracking, consent is requested where required.
