Terms of Service
Wolfpack Club, Wolfbot and Strategy Marketplace
1. Scope and contracting party
These Terms apply to the use of Wolfpack Club, the member portal, Wolfbot, the Strategy Marketplace, community access, educational content and related services.
The contracting party is Wolfpack Club, acting through the legal entity stated on the payment page, invoice or order confirmation. Questions can be sent to support@wolfpackclub.io.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership or activating a beta strategy, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. No financial advice, asset management or custody
Wolfpack provides education, community access, software, dashboards, technical tooling and automated execution functionality. Wolfpack does not provide personal investment advice, financial advice, legal advice or tax advice.
Wolfpack does not manage assets on behalf of members, does not take custody of crypto assets and does not hold client funds. Your capital remains in your own exchange account.
All decisions regarding participation, strategy profile, allocation, exchange use, leverage and risk remain your own responsibility.
3. Crypto, futures and leverage risk
Crypto assets, futures and leverage are high-risk products. You can lose your entire allocated capital, and volatility, liquidation, slippage, outages or exchange issues can make losses larger than expected.
Past performance, demos, screenshots, backtests, community experiences or live beta results do not guarantee future results.
- Use only risk capital you can afford to lose.
- Do not activate a strategy if you do not understand futures, leverage, liquidation and API-based trading.
- Wolfpack does not guarantee profit, returns, uptime, fill quality, drawdown limits or loss limitation.
4. Beta status and Strategy Marketplace
The Strategy Marketplace may show strategies in preview, private beta, live beta or member-ready status. A beta status means functionality, monitoring, documentation, risk settings and handoff processes may still change.
For the first live beta, the same strategy logic is used for all available risk profiles. Only member allocation and leverage differ per profile.
- Conservative: 3x leverage, beta max allocation 333.33 USDT.
- Balanced: 5x leverage, beta max allocation 200 USDT.
- Aggressive: 10x leverage, beta max allocation 100 USDT.
- Per-leg notional is calculated as allocation multiplied by leverage, divided by five ladder legs.
5. MEXC, referral checks and regional restrictions
For access, Wolfpack may check whether your MEXC UID is registered under a Wolfpack referral account. This check may be automated or manual.
MEXC is a third-party platform. Wolfpack is not responsible for acceptance, onboarding, regional restrictions, API limitations, liquidations, errors, maintenance, changes or account blocks at MEXC.
You may use MEXC and Wolfpack only if this is permitted in your country, region and personal situation. You may not use a VPN, proxy, false information or any other workaround to bypass regional or legal restrictions.
6. API keys and security
You are responsible for creating, managing, restricting and revoking API keys on your exchange account. API keys used for Wolfpack must never have withdrawal permission.
Wolfpack may require read and trade permissions to monitor a strategy and execute orders. If your API key is configured incorrectly, activation may be refused or paused.
Keep API keys secure. Never share your password, 2FA codes, seed phrases or withdrawal permissions with Wolfpack.
7. Stopping, pausing and switching
For the MVP, a member may have only one active strategy at a time per connected MEXC account. Switching to another profile or strategy is possible only after the current strategy has been stopped through the available stop or review flow.
A stop or switch request does not always mean that positions will close immediately, without loss or without slippage. If positions are explicitly closed, they may be closed at the then-current market price.
8. Payment, subscription and withdrawal rights
Payment and subscription handling may run through PayPro or another payment provider. The price, term, cancellation conditions and invoice details are shown during checkout or in the order confirmation.
Mandatory consumer rules may apply to information duties, withdrawal rights and cancellation. Where legally required, Wolfpack respects those rights. A refund or withdrawal does not create any right to compensation for trading results, exchange fees, losses or missed opportunities.
If you expressly request immediate delivery of digital services or access during a withdrawal period, this may affect your withdrawal rights to the extent permitted by law.
9. Availability, changes and maintenance
Wolfpack aims to provide a reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, exchange issues, network issues, cloud issues or API changes may affect dashboards, order execution or monitoring.
Wolfpack may adjust, pause or remove strategies, risk profiles, caps, labels, access requirements and beta features when needed for safety, compliance, technical stability or product development.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfpack is not liable for trading losses, liquidations, market losses, lost profits, indirect damage, consequential damage, data loss, exchange errors or damage caused by incorrect use of API keys.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, such as liability for intent, deliberate recklessness or mandatory consumer rights.
11. Privacy and data
Wolfpack processes personal data such as account details, payment references, MEXC UID, referral status, API connection data, strategy settings, logs and support information. The Privacy Policy describes this processing in more detail.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory law designates another court.
